- Dates/times of evaluation
Consequences
- What will happen after evaluation (both good and bad)
- Types of consequences:

- Psychic (recognition, respect)
- Oppurtunity (training, development, perks)
- Responsibility (scope, authority)
- Natural

- Fewer desired results
